Our Programs
STEM Mentorship Program and Education
The Tech Allies STEM Mentor Program connects university students in Dallas and Austin with technology executives, sponsors, mentors, and community partners through mentoring, career workshops, networking, job fairs, internships, training, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Tech Allies offers mentorship programs and workshops that empower the technology community to support the STEM journey of university students, in partnership with UT Dallas and Huston-Tillotson University.
How the Program Works
Mentorship, workshops, and career exposure
Personalized Mentorship
Students and emerging talent get access to experienced professionals — technology executives, sponsors, and community partners — who share career perspective, practical guidance, and professional encouragement.
Career Workshops
Workshops build career readiness skills for real-world professional settings, covering resume building, interview mastery, and effective networking strategies.
Networking and Career Exposure
Mentees attend industry networking events with mentors, plus job fairs, internships, training workshops, and career opportunities that support future career development.
