Tech Allies partners with education, nonprofit, workforce, literacy, and innovation organizations to support STEM education, mentorship, professional development, and community programs across Austin, Dallas, and DFW.
Community partners help Tech Allies extend the impact of its executive community, sponsor relationships, mentorship programs, and events. Current partners include UT Dallas, Huston-Tillotson University, SMU Tech CxO LaunchPad, Tackle Tomorrow Foundation, Year Up United, Capital Factory, and Plug and Play.
Education Partners
Education partners connect Tech Allies executives, sponsors, and mentors with university students through mentorship, workshops, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Dallas
Through the partnership with the University of Texas at Dallas, launched in 2018, Tech Allies supports STEM education, mentorship, scholarships, job and intern fairs, and guest speaking opportunities connected to the Naveen Jindal School of Management.
Austin
Huston-Tillotson University, the oldest institution of higher education in Austin, is an education partner connected to Tech Allies mentorship activity. The Tech Allies mentorship program with Huston-Tillotson University launched in Spring 2024.
Dallas
SMU Tech CxO LaunchPad is a Tech Allies partner connected to the SMU Tech CxO Excellence Professional Certificate Program, a leadership program for current and future C-level technology leaders developed with an advisory board of current and former CIOs, CTOs, and IT executives.
Community and Workforce Partners
Community and workforce partners collaborate with Tech Allies on literacy, economic mobility, and career pathways for students and young adults.
Dallas
Tackle Tomorrow Foundation is a Tech Allies community partner focused on early childhood literacy in underserved Dallas communities, connecting K-5 literacy initiatives to future STEM pathways.
Year Up United supports economic mobility for young adults in IT, software development, business operations, banking, and customer success through training, volunteer support, and work-based experience.

Capital Factory, based in Austin, Texas, connects the Tech Allies community with the startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem of Central Texas.
Plug and Play is a global innovation platform connecting startups with corporations, giving the Tech Allies community visibility into emerging technologies across industries.
